Lamboo Medical US is looking for an Operations Director within the production of mobile and modular medical accommodations

This will be the perfect opportunity to make your mark within our company! Lamboo Medical is looking for an enthusiastic, analytical and hands-on Operations Director with experience in manufacturing or automotive.

What does Lamboo Medical do? Lamboo Medical is a family business that has developed into the leading manufacturer of mobile and modular healthcare accommodations. We build MRI, CT, Mammography and PET/CT mobile trailers and modular units. The mobile and modular solutions are custom built in Harmony (NC), USA and then deployed all over the US. Lamboo Medical US – SVSR has been part of Lamboo Medical for three years and has great potential. Traditionally SVSR Inc. performs maintenance, service and refurbs and this still will be part of the future business.

Qualifications

  • Have a no-nonsense mentality;
  • Are stress resistant;
  • Have experience with project management within manufacturing business;
  • Preferable experienced with Lean/Black Belt/Six Sigma;
  • Are analytical and KPI driven;
  • Have 3+ years P&L experience;
  • Have high interpersonal skills;
  • Are available for 40+ hours a week and you will be based near our factory in Harmony (NC), USA;
  • Have 3+ year experience as Operations Director or similar.

 Responsibilities

  • Restructure Lamboo Medical US operations into a professionalized and transparent part of Lamboo Medical;
  • You will guide and project manage Engineering, Purchasing and the Production departments (20 FTE) to deliver a high-quality product;
  • Hands on in all aspects of the company and will support where needed;
  • Strongly working together with the local Management Team (Managing Director and Finance Director) and will also report to the global COO of Lamboo Medical;
  • Set KPI’s in cooperation with Headquarters to bring the organization to a higher level;
  • You will be managing the supplier side and will be in close contact with the clients of our products;
  • You will bring ownership on the different processes, systems and data within the organization;
  • You analyze processes and identify risks.
